PANCAKES (16 small)

Ingredients:

2 cups flour (sifted) (optional: 1 cup white flour / 1 cup whole wheat flour

4 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp white sugar

2 pinches of salt

almost 2 cups milk

2 eggs (beat before mixing)

3 tbsp of oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

oil for cooking surface

Directions:

Heat cooking surface.

Mix dry ingredients together.

Beat the eggs, with a fork, before next step.

Mix wet ingredients together separately from the dry ingredients.

Combine ingredients and whisk.

Oil surface and cook up.

Once cooled, flash freeze for quick breakfasts.
